Engineering
Our engineering team reviews customer designs for manufacturability, material selection, and cost efficiency. We create and validate shop drawings, flat DXFs, and bend details, ensuring parts are optimized for laser cutting, forming, welding, and efficient production flow.
Bending
We form sheet metal using CNC brake presses to produce accurate, repeatable bends. From simple flanges to complex multi bend parts, our bending process ensures consistent angles, tight tolerances, and reliable fit for downstream welding and assembly operations.
Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting service produces clean, accurate sheet metal parts ready for forming, welding, or assembly. Customers receive consistent, high quality components with smooth edges, precise features, and repeatable results that meet drawing and fit up requirements.
Welding
We provide in house welding to join formed and laser cut components into strong, reliable assemblies. Our welding supports structural integrity, accurate fit up, and clean joints, enabling finished parts or sub assemblies ready for handling, packaging, or further processing.
Rolling
We roll flat sheet metal into smooth, continuous curves and cylinders using a powered sheet metal roller. This process applies controlled, progressive forming to create accurate radii and round profiles, producing parts that maintain shape, uniform curvature, and proper fit for welding or assembly.
